I’ve never had my own business before, and I’d managed to get things going up to a point but then I hit a wall. I felt stuck. I didn’t know how to make a change… or even what needed to change.

The difference is huge.
I’m no longer treating my business like a side project. I’ve shifted my mindset; I see it now as a professional entity that I’m proud of. And that means:
- I charge properly. No more under-pricing or ‘mates rates’
- I think like a business owner, not just a practitioner
- I focus on the client experience, asking myself, “What would I want if I were on the other side?”
- I feel in control of my business. Rather than muddling through, I now have intention and direction
